Thank you for your interest in the Belleville Indoor Training Facility. Our building is a valuable community asset and many civic and community groups use it for meetings and events. We are glad to accommodate these groups whenever we can.

For district members, Belleville Recreation and travel club teams, please discuss with your coordinator and have them reach out to me for space reservations or request space through the program below. We ask that every child who wishes to use our space, must be accompanied by a responsible adult or coach.

For any team not affiliated with our school district or recreational community, please refer to the rental fee's tab below.

First, customers must fill out Facility Use Application for the district. The form can be located in the icon below, and must be completed before proceeding to booking website. Please contact us for any questions or concerns!

First-time users only

To begin the process of reserving space through our scheduling program, the first step is to establish a user account. This can be accomplished by clicking on the "Create a Customer Account" icon below. Make sure to fill out all necessary fields and click the submit button.

Login & Reserve

Once your account is created you can start making facility reservations by registering for the Belleville Indoor Training Facility. After registering, you will be able to browse all of our select spaces and make a booking request.

If you choose to reserve space in our buildings, please keep in mind that fees may be charged to offset associated custodial costs. Any organization using district facilities must meet insurance requirements and have the Belleville Board of Education be listed as a certificate holder.
